God loves you and everyone else in the world.  His love is not dependent on your earning it by being good enough or part of a certain group.  God loves you because He created you in his image so that He could know you.

“That He gave his only son”

God loves you so much that He came to Earth in person as Jesus Christ so you could know Him and so He could make a way for you to be with Him forever in Heaven.  We cannot be good enough for God on our own because of our sin, but God wouldn’t let that stand in our way.  Jesus died on the cross to pay the full penalty for our sin so we could be completely forgiven.

“That whosoever should believe in Him will not perish but have everlasting life.”

All that is left for us is to trust in what God has done for us to receive His amazing gift of eternal life.  When we do that, we are transformed by the Gospel and have the thrill of living our lives with and for God, not as payment, but as an exciting adventure to prepare for Heaven and open the door to heaven for others.

It can start with a simple prayer:

“Sorry” - God, I’m sorry for the many ways I’ve done wrong in my life

“Thank you” - Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross for me to forgive all my sin

“Please” - Holy Spirit, would you please come into my heart and lead me to follow you?
