Step 11: Share The Good News

“Always be prepared to give a defense for the hope that you have to those who ask you, but with gentleness and respect.” (1 Peter 3:15-16)

“Always be prepared” – Be ready before someone asks you with a simple explanation of the Gospel
“for the hope that you have” – It is best shared in a personal way about how it has changed your life and given you hope
“to those who ask you” – We are to live out the Gospel in such a way that people ask us “What is so different about you?” or “Why are you being so nice to me?” that give us a natural opportunity to share in a way that isn’t pushy, but loving
“but with gentleness and respect” – We are careful to not push the Gospel, but offer it like we offer dessert in a loving and respectful manner that respects the dignity of the person that we share with.  We trust that God can take what we share and use it in their lives

“Nathanael said to him, "Can anything good come out of Nazareth?" Philip said to him, "Come and see." (John 1:46)
“Come and See” - When we share the Gospel in a personal and loving way, people will ask us more about it and give us opportunities to say, “Come and see” and invite people to experience more from us and our Kingdom community at LHC

Takeaway: LHC Partners believe the Gospel and seek to share it
